Purchasing directly on the Internet or calling Mail Order can either be a simple, worthwhile experience or, in the worst situation, a nightmare. These are "buyer beware" markets. Know from whom you are purchasing from – it does make a difference.

To find out if you are purchasing from an authorized dealer call the manufacturer and ask if the company is an authorized dealer. Most manufacturers have a dealer locator on their web site – you simply fill in the zip code where the dealer is located and see if their name comes up.

Non-Defective returns

We will accept returns on non-defective products returned for credit or exchange, but we will not be able to refund shipping and handling fees. The return must be completed within 30 days from the shipment date, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to Batteryville.com. We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our Returns Department.

We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee per item if the product is not received by us in completely re-salable condition. Examples of this would include opened packages or damaged product.

Defective returns

Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 30 days from the shipment date.

A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer. You can call the manufacturer (Maha) at 1-800-376-9992. Once the diagnosis has been made, please email us for a return authorization (RA) number at: returns@batteryville.com

RA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue.

After 30 days from the shipment date, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply.

Shipping and Handling Fees are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by Batteryville.com.

If you must cancel an order for any reason, please email us for assistance. We will determine whether the order has already shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually cancel the order for you.

In some cases, we may not be able to cancel the order because it is has already shipped. If this occurs, we will gladly accept a return consistent with our non-defective return policy, but we will not be able to refund the shipping and handling fees and you will be responsible for the return shipping to Batteryville.com. Please note that the returned merchandise must be in its original sellable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material, accessories and manuals that the manufacturer sent with the merchandise. If the item is not in original sellable condition, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee to help offset our loss on the devalued goods.
